Biscuits with walnuts and apricot jam

I took the cookie recipe from Dya, whom I thank. @}; -
I gave up cinnamon and I preferred to fill the biscuits with apricot jam //retete/biscuiti-47755.html

  • Biscuit dough:
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 50 g ground walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • 1 jar of apricot jam
  • 50 gr. powdered sugar for decoration

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Cookies with walnuts and apricot jam:

The butter is mixed with the sugar and baking powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients and get a dough that we will keep for an hour in the cold.

Take the dough out of the fridge, spread it on the floured work table and cut the popcorn with the help of a biscuit shape. When placing it in the tray, we make sure that half of the popcorn has a hole cut in the middle. (I made the holes with a stopper from a bottle of sparkling wine.)

Bake them at a moderate temperature until golden.

After cooling, fill with apricot jam and powder with sugar.
