Here is the first recipe of my cooking blog, an easy recipe easy but very tasty ... the pizzas, but not the normal ones, those of the parties, the pizzas of the bar with a slightly sweet taste. Ideal to prepare for a buffet or a birthday party, but also to serve during a simple dinner, they will look great!
It was a huge satisfaction for me to be able to reproduce these at home buffet pizzas and then, I pass you the recipe which is taken from the cookaround forum :)

Method

How to make pizzas in the bar

Put the flour in a bowl, make a hollow in the center and put the yeast, sugar and water at room temperature.

Knead vigorously until the dough is elastic then add the softened butter, oil and salt.

Transfer the dough to a pastry board and knead it for a long time until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.

Shape it into a ball, put it back in a bowl and let it rise for about 3 hours.


Now resume the dough and roll out a sheet of about 3mm with a rolling pin and cut many circles with the mouth of a glass

Oil the baking sheet and arrange the pizzas obtained.

Then dress them with the peeled tomatoes (crushed and flavored with oil, salt and basil) and bake at 200 ° in a preheated oven.

After about 5-7 minutes, remove the pizzas from the oven, add the diced fiordilatte and bake again for another 5 minutes.

And here are the pizzas from the bar!
