  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons oil

PREPARATION METHOD Fluffy pineapple:

We separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar. Rub the yolks with the oil. We mix the two compositions. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla. Stir gently.

How to prepare fluffy cake (sponge cake) with strawberries

Method of preparation

For the filling I used pineapple, which I put on a napkin before, so that the juice is absorbed.

I separated the yolks from the whites.

I beat the yolks with the sugar, orange essence, vanilla sugar and oil.

I whipped the egg whites with a pinch of salt and incorporated them with a wooden spoon, with vertical movements, in the composition with the yolks.

I gradually incorporated the flour into the dough with the help of a wooden spoon, so that it does not remain lumpy.

I poured 3 quarters of the dough into the Philips Multicooker pot. In the rest of the dough I added cocoa, I homogenized the composition and I also poured it in the pot.

I put the pineapple pieces, closed the lid of the appliance and set it to 180 degrees, on the bake program and baking time 40 minutes.


Fluffy peach cake

Wash and cut 3 peaches into thin slices. Put the slices in a bowl and mix with 20 g of sugar.

In a large bowl, mix 300 g of sugar with the eggs.

Add the oil and mix.

Add the milk and mix.

Sift the flour with cocoa and baking powder into the composition. Mix well.

Add the vanilla essence and mix.
