  • Now with the leftover dough we cover everything, take small pieces with our hands and distribute them on the surface. In this way, potato curls are created which will become crunchy when cooked. We finish with a sprinkling of grated bread and a little pepper.
  • We bake the crumbled potatoes and let it cook for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
