Appetizer tender pies with cheese

"Browned and skillful CAKES and CAKES".

  • 800 gr puff pastry
  • 400 gr sweet or very slightly salty but creamy cheese
  • 200 gr sour cream
  • 1 egg for greased

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer for tender cheese pies:

The puff pastry is spread on a plate sprinkled with flour.

Then divide the dough sheet into three parts both vertically and horizontally, to obtain 9 squares. From each square, cut out a circle.

In each circle, put a tablespoon of cream cheese and then gather the edges in half and join them. We then cut the pie from the middle to the edge, in six places. It will look about like a flower and we will turn each strip in the same order, just enough to have a cut edge on the tray and one on top.

Grease each pie with egg and bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.


Appetizer check with ham and olives

For this appetizer check satiated and refined you will need ingredients that will remind you of your grandmother's liver:

- 150 g pitted green olives (but not stuffed with donuts)
- 2 measures and 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon and a half of baking powder
- a quarter teaspoon of salt
- 4 large eggs at room temperature
- 3 quarters of a cup of skim milk
- 1 cup of white wine
- half a cup of vegetable oil
- a quarter cup of olive oil
- 200 g of smoked ham, cut into slices 1 cm thick
- 175 g of Gruyere cheese (if you can't find Gruyere, you can use Emmental, Comte or Beaufort)
- half a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper

1. Heat the oven. Grease a bread pan with butter and flour. In a deep bowl, boil 2 cups of water. Drain the olives and, when the water boils, boil them for 2 minutes to whiten them (this way you get rid of the excess salt). Drain and cut into large pieces. Put them aside.

2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Put in a bowl. Mix eggs, one at a time. Then add the milk, wine and both vegetable and olive oil. It will result in a very liquid consistency, which is normal.

3. Cut the ham into 1 cm cubes and mix with the dough. Laugh the furrow and add it too. Finally, add the pepper and olives, mix well and then pour the composition into the pan.

4. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes - an hour, until the knife with which you pierce the dough comes out clean. Because there is a lot of liquid in the recipe, the dough will be very porous and the knife blade may come out wet, but it is important not to leave the dough uncooked. The top should be dark gold. Don't worry if the inside still looks unripe. This yellow color is exactly the ideal color!

Homemade cheese pies

Homemade cheese pies from: flour, sugar, butter, eggs, raisins, jam, cheese, lemon, baking powder.

Ingredient:

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 7 eggs
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g of strawberry jam
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 600 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 50 ml oil
  • salt
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Put in a bowl baking powder, flour, 80 g caster sugar, salt and 3 eggs, then mix, then add butter and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Put the dough in a pan greased with oil and line with flour.

Mix the cheese with the grated lemon peel, vanilla sugar, remaining caster sugar, raisins and 3 eggs. Homogenize the composition and pour over the dough, then spread on top with beaten egg and strawberry jam.

Place the tray in the oven for 45 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the oven and cut into powdered pieces
with sugar.


Twisted pies

In a bowl put salt, flour, sugar, and yeast as well as moist ingredients - sour cream, egg and melted butter. Mix everything and knead until it becomes a smooth dough. Leave to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

When the dough is leavened, it is spread on a work surface sprinkled with flour, in a thin, rectangular sheet. Grease the dough on the entire surface with a little heated nutella, just enough to be easier to spread.

Sprinkle fried and chopped walnuts over the nutella.

then fold it into three parts. Bring one part of the dough to more than half to the right then fold from the other side bringing the dough over the left side.

The result is a narrower and thicker rectangle.

Cut with a sharp knife wide strips /

twist and place in a tray lined with baking paper.

Let it rise for another 15 minutes in the pan, grease with beaten egg and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

These twisted pies are very tasty because the walnut and chocolate cream intertwine, giving a DIVINE taste.

I have never eaten cabbage pies. I did not have the opportunity to taste home-made, and the ones to buy. they always seemed to me bathed in oil.

Tasty, flavorful and fragrant cottage cheese pies

If you like cottage cheese pies, then you should try this recipe. It is easy and quick to prepare. The taste of the pies is delicious.

Dough ingredients:

  • 1 egg, 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 sachet vanilla sugar, 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 250 ml warm milk, 500 gr wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast, 80 g soft butter

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 500 gr fresh cow's cheese
  • 2-3 teaspoons powdered sugar, 1 egg
  • 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

Beat the egg with the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add warm milk and mix well. Mix the flour with the dry yeast and gradually add it to the milk and egg mixture. Knead the dough with a mixer with hooks, then with your hands.

At the end, add the melted butter and knead the dough a little more. You need to get a homogeneous and soft dough. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place. Leave it there for 1-1.5 hours to double its volume.

To prepare the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the egg, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

After the dough has risen, transfer it to the work surface sprinkled with flour. Cut the dough into small pieces. From each piece of dough form a ball. Place the balls in a tray lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them.

Let the dough balls rise in the pan for about 20 minutes, then flatten them. Put the cheese filling over each ball of dough.

Mix the egg with the milk. Grease each pie with this mixture. Let the pies rise for another 10 minutes, then put the tray in the preheated oven at 190 degrees. Bake the pies for about 25 minutes or until golden.

After baking, take the pies out of the oven and let them cool. Have fun with your loved ones!

Ingredient:

  • 200 ml chefir
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 30 g green onions
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation:

1. Mix kefir with baking soda. Add 2 eggs, a quarter teaspoon of salt and mix well. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

2. Cut a boiled egg into small cubes. Chop the cottage cheese and cut the greens into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and finally add the remaining salt.

3. Divide the dough into equal pieces that we spread in thin sheets of 0.5 cm. Distribute the filling and form the packages. We place them on a tray covered with baking paper and line them with egg yolk. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy them with pleasure!
