Coffee biscuits are one of the variations of biscuit recipes that I have tried these days; good, fragrant and with that coffee flavor .. mmm .. really delicious. The dough is very quick to make and does not bring eggs, the only important thing is to let the shortcrust pastry cool well before using it otherwise the biscuits will not take the shape of the coffee bean. Although I love coffee very much, I am not very inclined to prepare coffee desserts so why not start here :) I take this opportunity to wish you a good Republic Day by offering you a virtual coffee biscuit.


How to make coffee cookies

Whip the softened butter with sugar to cream.
