Recipe Herb Potato Towers of 27-09-2014 [Updated on 04-05-2015]
The potato turrets are a nice alternative to the classic baked potatoes, simple to make and cute to look at. The herbs I chose to flavor the dish are the ones I have on the balcony, sage, parsley, rosemary and I used some grated Parmesan cheese, promoted! The only care you need to have is to cut the potatoes into very thin slices, otherwise you risk burning them outside and finding them raw inside. Today is a day of great cleaning for me, between the change of season and the disposal of toys I am already at 3 big bags of things to give, but I see it hard with Elisa who does not want to get rid of her games when she was little, we hope that I do not let everything rest;) Have a good weekend to those who pass by here
How to make and potato turrets
Prepare a mixture with the aromatic herbs to which you will add salt and pepper
Wash and peel the potatoes then cut them into slices a couple of mm thick
Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Place the first slice on the baking tray, brush it with a little oil and add the chopped grass and a little Parmesan.
Overlap a second slice and season again with chopped oil and Parmesan
Proceed in the same way until you form turrets about 4 cm high. pour a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil on the surface of each tower
Cook the potatoes at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
