The checkered pan bauletto is a simple semi-sweet brioche bread, made special with its two-tone dough made in a checkerboard pattern. So soft and inviting, the pan bauletto can be prepared in just a few steps with the Thermomix and be left as it is or enjoyed with the addition of a tasty spreadable chocolate. With the Thermomix version you can now make this beautiful checkered pannier bag in no time and you will have no excuse not to do it again.


How to make chess brioche with the thermomix

Put the yeast, sugar and half of the milk in the jug and knead for 30 sec., 37 °, vel. 3.
Add the flour and knead another 30 sec., Vel. 2.
Add butter and egg and continue to knead, vel. Spiga, gradually adding the remaining milk with the blades in motion, for 1 min.

Brush with a little milk, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and brush with a little more milk.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
