The beef carpaccio with rocket and parmesan flakes is a classic, here I also propose it with the addition of champignon mushrooms and seasoned with a citronette;) I don't know if you have noticed, but I am a lover of appetizers and this Beef carpaccio dish is perfect to bring to the table accompanying the classic Christmas appetizer made of raw ham, melon and mozzarella. How to make carpaccio with rocket and mushrooms
Prepare a citronette by mixing the lemon juice with the oil, salt and pepper
Spread the slices of carpaccio on a serving dish and cover them with the citronette obtained and let it rest for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the mushrooms by tossing them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic
Now place the rocket on the carpaccio
Cover with the champignon mushrooms and parmesan flakes and serve
