How to make pasta with cauliflower
Clean and cut the cabbage into florets.
Then boil the cauliflower in water for 10 minutes.
Finely slice the onion and put it in a pan with the oil.
Add the anchovy fillets and cook over low heat until the latter melt.
Now put the boiled cabbage, let it flavor a few minutes and mash the florets.
Also add the pine nuts and raisins, then season with salt and mix.
In a saucepan with a little oil, toast the breadcrumbs for a few minutes.
When it is ready add it to the cabbage too.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain and add it to the pan with a ladle of cooking water.
Stir and add the pecorino at this point.
Your pasta with cauliflower is ready to be served.
