Cous cous with peas and salmon recipe of 16-07-2014 [Updated on 02-09-2014]
Hello everyone, as you know I love cous cous, it is a versatile, tasty food which, enriched with legumes, meat or fish, makes it an excellent single dish. This time I tried to make couscous with peas and salmon, served warm or cold on the salad, both ways I loved it. Well friends, then yesterday, after the first hours of post-holiday blasting, I found the rhythm, I feel full of new ideas to face this month that separates me from the holidays for the week of August and I hope to lay the foundations for the new projects that await me in September. Now I leave you to the recipe of the day and I'm going to cook, a little bird intrigued me with a new recipe to prepare with beer and I can't hold back;) Kisses

Put the couscous in the hot broth and stir until all the liquid is absorbed
Add a drizzle of oil, then shell the grains with the tines of a fork
Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then place them on a plate with the chopped salmon and diced cherry tomatoes.
Put the sauce in a bowl, then add basil, chives, salt and a drizzle of oil and mix
Also add the couscous and stir gently, then cover the bowl with cling film and put in the fridge to cool for 1 hour.
