How many times do we want to prepare a croissant but the idea of having to wait a long time before it is ready has discouraged us? For this reason there is the recipe for quick croissants, to be done even more quickly with the Thermomix and in very few moves. Once you have tried the recipe, you can choose whether to use it for breakfast or for a night croissant to be filled strictly with chocolate.
So here is a very easy recipe for making quick croissants.
How to make quick croissants with the thermomix
Pour the milk, yeast and sugar into the jug and knead for 30 sec. at 37 ° C, vel 2.
Add the softened butter and knead another 30 sec., Vel. 2.
Add the flour and a pinch of salt and knead for 1 min., Vel Spiga.
Move the dough into a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 4 parts, rolling them all into round sheets.
Divide each sheet into 6 triangles. Put a teaspoon of jam (or Nutella) on the wide side of each triangle.
Roll up the triangles, starting from the stuffed sides, to form the croissants.
Arrange the teaspoons on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and let rise for another 15 minutes.
Then brush the croissants with a little lightly beaten egg and cook for about 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
