Today I saw a similar recipe at Rocsi and it caught my eye, so I took the idea, but I changed the recipe a bit. I partially boiled the thighs and potatoes and then put them in the oven. A delicious dish came out and I thank Rocsi for the idea and a kiss: - *
- 10 chicken breasts
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 10 new potatoes suitable
- 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated dried basil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- green parsley
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken with new baked potatoes:
Wash the chicken pieces and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut in half and cook for 10 minutes.
Cut the pepper into slices.
Drain the water and sprinkle the paprika over the thighs.
Drain the potatoes and add a little olive oil over them, then pour the tomato sauce and basil and roll in the sauce.
Put the thighs and potatoes in the pan greased with oil, add the slices of bell pepper and garlic (sliced) and place the pan in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
When ready, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
